Who We Are
IngrowTrust is a public charitable trust registered under 80G with the vision to drive social empowerment through community development initiatives. We believe in creating equitable opportunities for inclusive growth of disadvantaged groups.
IngrowTrust was founded by Mr. R. Gajendran and is based in East Tambaram, Chennai. We actively work across rural communities in India. Over the past 5 years, our interventions have touched over 15,000 lives across over 50 villages.
Our development approach is based on needs assessment of communities focused on capability and capacity building to create self-reliant villages. We encourage collaborative participation of village groups in designing initiatives owned and sustained by the community itself.
